Wednesday Night PHRF Racing

Wednesday night handicap racing is on a fixed course established by the Club about a mile and a half from the harbour entrance on Lake Ontario. The fleet is divided into 4 divisions based on PHRF rating and the use of flying sails or not.

A devoted volunteer committee runs the races from the Club's famous committee boat, Tanker Jones. The first warning signal on Wednesday nights is at 1830 hrs (6:30pm), plus food and bar services will be available before and after the race.

If you are interested in racing but don't own a boat, fill in the Crew Bank Application in the Racing menu and on the Racing page. Skippers are always looking for crew. No experience? No problem! Skippers are ready to teach and train - this is a great way to get on a boat and learn about racing and doing so safely!
