Banquet Hall Rental

The clubhouse has a bright and spacious upstairs hall offering banquet accommodations for up to 150 people. It presents panoramic views of Whitby Harbour and Lake Ontario.

COMPASS ROSE HALL RENTAL

Monday to Sunday   Daytime (4 hours)  $250

Sunday to Thursday Evening                $350

Saturday Evening                              $1000

Security Deposit All events                  $500

Hall rentals include chairs and tables.

In the event of cancellation the Security Deposit is non-refundable.

Food and bar service for hall rental may be arranged as follows:

FOOD SERVICE:

All food and beverage to be provided by WYC.

The WYC has a catering service who will be pleased to discuss menu selections or create a special menu within your guidelines.

BAR SERVICE:

Event Staffing Requirements:

Up to 75 People – 1 Bartender

76 to 125 People – 2 Bartenders

More than 125 People – 3 Bartenders

Alcohol prices include 13% HST

Soft Drink prices include 13% HST

A 15% gratuity will be added
